James Rourke Family Educational Fund - SC4 Foundation

Scholarship Requirements:
*Applicant must be enrolled full-time
*Applicant must have a minimum of a 2.7 High School GPA
*Applicant must be a graduating senior from St. Clair High School or Port Huron High School
*One award will be given to a graduate from St. Clair High School, and one award will go to a student from Port Huron High School
*Applicant may receive the award up to two years, provided they maintain a 2.75 college GPA
*Award based on need and merit
