Scholarship Requirements:
-Resident of St. Clair County
-Honorably discharged military veteran, or child of a military veteran, or have attended Garfield Elementary
-Enrolled as a full-time student at St. Clair County Community College
-Maintained “C” average prior to attending St. Clair County Community College
-Selection based on financial need, community involvement and academic performance
