The award is made based on scholastic performance and financial need.
Recipient must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
Must maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher
Two scholarships offered – one for a freshman and one for a sophomore
Must reside in either St. Clair or Sanilac County
