Randy Sugars Memorial Scholarship-Community Foudation of St. Clair County

Scholarship Requirements:
-Be a current or past graduate of St. Clair High School
-Maintain a 2.5 GPA upon high school graduation
-Demonstrate a spirit of patriotism and exemplary citizenship through community involvement, volunteerism, military service and/or support of
military families
-Both recent graduates and adults returning home from military service are encouraged to apply
