Scholarship Requirements:
*Applicant must be pursuing a career in education
*Applicants that are Port Huron residents pursuing an early education degree are given first priority
*Applicants that are St. Clair County residents pursuing early education are given next priority
*Applicants that are Port Huron residents pursuing K-12 education are given next priority
*Applicants that are St. Clair County residents pursing K-12 education are given final priority
